This Privacy Policy describes how Beeline Holdings, Inc. (“BeelineIQ”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our equity market analysis and signal alert services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, work email, organization, and authentication credentials (stored as salted hashes).
  • Mobile Information: If you opt in to SMS signal or earnings alerts, we collect your phone number, consent status, and submission metadata for compliance and messaging operations.
  • Watchlist & Alert Configuration: Watched tickers, price thresholds, signal and earnings notification preferences, and export activity.
  • Usage & Diagnostics: Campaign visit tracking, session identifiers, and system telemetry to improve our market data delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our equity analytics, charting, and signal-tracking platform.
  • Deliver transactional SMS technical signal and earnings watch alerts with explicit consent.
  • Authenticate subscriber access and persist alert configurations to your profile.
  • Communicate important updates about your subscription or account status.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent service misuse, fraud, or cybersecurity issues.

3. SMS Communications

This opt-in program is for transactional equity signal alerts on watched tickers and earnings watch summaries. You may opt in at the dedicated opt-in page at https://beeline-iq.com/sms/opt-in, which offers tabs for Signal Alerts and Earnings Watch. Both opt-in types require explicit, unchecked-by-default SMS consent and separate Terms agreement. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Transactional SMS: If you provide explicit consent, we send transactional notifications when a watched ticker triggers a technical signal or approaches an earnings date. Message frequency varies based on triggered technical signal events and earnings calendar activity. Messages contain market data only — no promotional content and no buy/sell recommendations.

Consent Records: We retain records of SMS consent, including consent source, timestamp, disclosure version, and submitted number to support carrier and legal compliance requirements.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opt-out, we process your request immediately and send a confirmation message.

Mobile Information Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with our SMS service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested and to maintain required compliance records.

No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Personal information is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile Communication Privacy Protocol

BEELINEIQ strictly maintains a non-sharing operational policy. Under zero conditions do we distribute, lease, sell, or disclose consumer SMS opt-in consent parameters, phone data, or communication telemetry logs to third-party entities, marketing networks, or external programmatic brokers. All collected numbers are utilized solely within our protected internal enterprise network ecosystem.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. SMS consent records and associated phone numbers are retained for compliance purposes, or until you request deletion where legally permitted.

  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to processing of your personal data.
  • Withdraw SMS consent at any time (reply STOP).
